April Monique Burril, a multi-talented artist and performer, first breathed life into the character Chainsaw Sally to help promote a horror musical written by her husband and CEO of Forbidden Pictures, JimmyO.

Chainsaw Sally ended up starring in her own film of the same name, written and directed by JimmyO. In addition to gallons of blood, the film features guest turns by "Godfather of Gore" Herschell Gordon Lewis and Leatherface himself, Gunnar Hansen.
